As a new dog mom, Donna continues to be such a blessing for Charlie and I. She doesn’t just care for her pups, but also their owners, answering any question I have had as I prepared to bring Charlie home. Life aligned and I was able get Charlie from her before her move to Alberta, but it is so reassuring to know she’s there for us even after the move. It warmed my heart to know Charlie was already so cared for before I brought him home. I appreciated all the pictures and videos Donna sent to keep me informed of his care and growth. Thank you Donna for our amazing little puppy, Luna. We brought her home yesterday and she has settled in nicely. As we selected our puppy at the age of one week, Donna was very kind to send us videos and updates on her progress. She opened her home to us once again for a visit when our puppy was five weeks old. The puppies are raised in a clean and welcoming environment. When you visit you meet both parents of the puppies. You get to see their temperament and interaction with people and their puppies. Donna is absolutely amazing. She truly cares about her puppies and takes whatever time necessary to talk you through whatever questions or concerns you have right from the initial phone call.

We got our Scottie, a Shihpoo from Donna on March 28, 2020. We went to visit Donna and her puppies about 5 weeks earlier to pick our puppy and Donna was so helpful, a fountain of information and so supportive answering questions for us. Scottie is our first dog so we had lots! Donna… also sent little video updates while we waited for Scottie to come home which just made our day.

Donna’s home is welcoming and the area her puppies live in is immaculate. So clean, so safe, so perfect. We got to meet both parents and both dogs were so beautiful and affectionate.

Donna also started training our puppy her name and how to go to pee-pads so house training has been way easier than expected. With the whole Covid-19 Pandemic going on, she even got Scottie’s food for us from her vet because it was getting hard to find with the hording of supplies. Donna is so incredible.

Scottie has now been home with us for exactly 3 weeks and is doing so well. She is learning lots, a very happy dog, and today she had her 2nd Vet appointment with our Vet (2nd vaccinations and check-up) and has a perfect bill of health. The Vet said he was impressed with how smart she is and how well she is developing.

I recommend Donna to everyone. She is right at the end of her phone with whatever questions you have at every single stage. She asks for pictures and stays in touch which is so appreciated. She loves these puppies and we will welcome another puppy from Donna in the near future. She is the Puppy Guru!

My family and I were looking to add to our family. We already have an older dog and we weren’t sure if we should get a puppy or not. When talking to Donna about it she was very helpful and when you messaged her with any questions she always got back in a timely fashion. I loved all the updates and videos that she would post it was so nice for the kids to see and look forward to getting the puppies. My son did not want a dog at all and when we went there to visit he found “the one “. It has been love at first sight. My daughter also got a dog so it is like her little baby.
